Summer came upon me with beauty and glory and inspiration. It brought me a new business with a whole lot of knitting and sewing in tow, time with loved ones, excitement and satisfaction, peace, and, of course, a blog! To all who may have been checking here in the couple of weeks since I last posted, I'm sorry. My life has been an interesting jumble of packing, unpacking, going to classes, singing in the practice room, auditioning, reading, running early in the morning, sleeping when I can. There have been precious few moments to spare for my beloved knitting needles, or for my blog. That said, dear readers, I am here, loving beauty and the sparkling coziness of life more than ever!
So please don't lose hope. I have exciting plans for this blog! I am developing and making new items for my shop this season. At a vibrant college campus, I am, of course, constantly surrounded by inspiration. And I am also taking the Blogging Your Way e-course taught by Holly Becker of the incredible decor8 blog, along with Leslie Shewring of A Creative Mint, and Holly's husband Thorsten Becker. It promises to be a great course, and class will commence on Tuesday. So you can be looking out for some fun stuff happening around here! I can't wait to delve deeper into the world of beautiful blogging and inspired creatives. You come, too.
Sleepily, fondly, and ever sparklingly,
